  1. I'm going to have to go out on a limb here and say that Bioshock is not post-apocalyptic. It takes place in an underwater city while normal events of the 1950's still take place aboveground.

So, Daniel, what are your thoughts on these games?

  2. Now if you want a real apocalyptic game, what about that one we rented where the dude flies over the hood of your car with his ass on fire?

  3. Good call on Bioshock. I haven't played any of these games, but they all look super cool. Half-Life (not Half Life 2), I've played maybe a few minutes and watched a few days' worth - I love it. Very raw engine the way you move in it and hit stuff with crow bars and crap. It just has a different feel than most clean cut shooters, a deep one.

And I remember that other game you're talking about, but not the name. Had I not known that it was the title of a movie, a great movie, I would guess Highlander, just because it sounds right for that kind of thing.

Please, great nerds and nerdettes, comment with other post-apocalyptic games and let us be merry!
